A medical office requires an organized and motivated team in order to run smoothly and efficiently. All members must be able to work toward a common goal of providing the best care possible for the patient.
Telephone communications, greeting patients, recording vitals, drawing labs, assisting the physician, and coordinating referrals are all duties which must be done equally well.
Quality control is difficult in a large multi-staffed office. My small, well-chosen team strives to provide the highest level of care possible.

Alice is a Tucson native. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona and has over 40 years of healthcare experience. She has worked with Dr. Chapeskie for over 20 years.
Joy and Dr. Chapeskie got married the week before he started medical school. She received her certificate as a Medical Assistant in Victoria, BC in order to work in and manage his first practice. Upon moving to Tucson, she left the medical field to study and become an interior designer, running her own business for 16 years. She has come out of medical retirement to assist in the operations of Unison Family Medicine.
